Our tiny team would love to meet you!
All our teachers are CPR certified and first aid trained. Teachers at Teeny Tiny are required to take at least 30 hours of professional development training each year. Each of our teachers are devoted to early childhood education, development, and love working with children!

Mr. Arthur
Mr. Arthur is a warm, patient, and enthusiastic preschool teacher who creates a safe and joyful learning environment for every child. With a focus on play-based learning, he helps young learners build confidence, curiosity, and strong social skills. Mr. Arthur believes that every child learns best when they feel valued and encouraged, and he takes pride in nurturing each student’s unique strengths while making learning fun and meaningful every day.

Ms. Erika
Ms Erika started at Teeny Tiny in 2021, left to have a baby, and returned in 2024. Her genuine love for this school, brought her back! She appreciates the philosophy that we follow and the warm, nurturing environment. "We are breaking cycles and stigmas that I've never seen broken before in your typical daycare," she says. Erika currently thrives as a lead teacher of the toddler room where she helps children use the potty, gain vocabulary, and learn who they are as a little person. She has always had a passion for working with children and says, "Teaching is a selfless and powerful career path that I am so lucky to be a part of. It is hard, messy and some days can be pure chaos. But there is a beautiful magic in the chaos and mess."

Ms. Destiny
Ms Destiny has worked at Teeny Tiny since 2021! She has worked in every room and so she has experience caring for the smallest babies, potty time with toddlers, and preschool readiness with children preparing for Kindergarten. She loves working with children of all ages! She says, "I love teaching new skills to them and seeing the children grow and watching their progress. I love Teeny Tiny because we are such small community and everyone is so kind and we love all of our families."

Ms. Anna
Ms. Anna is our lead infant teacher! She has been working with us since August of 2025. With an extensive background in child education and child development, she provides an amazing backbone for all of our teachers. She is incredibly passionate and it shows in the way she cares for the children in her care. From owning her own center to teaching across the ages, she is prepared for anything! She is excited to be our lead infant teacher and help our infants explore and grow!
Ms. Britney
Ms. Britney is a caring and attentive assistant infant teacher who provides a nurturing and comforting environment for our youngest learners. She is dedicated to supporting each child’s early development through gentle interactions, responsive care, and engaging sensory experiences. Ms. Britney’s calm presence and loving approach help infants feel safe, secure, and supported as they grow and reach important early milestones.

Mx. Ivy
Mx. Ivy has 5 years of childcare experience and also is earning their Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. They spend their day at Teeny Tiny directing the school but also assisting and filling in for teachers when needed. They believe strongly in the fundamentals of this preschool, including kindness, understanding, and childhood development.

Ms. Candice
Our founder, Candice Sisemore, has been working with families in Northwest Arkansas for the last twenty years. She has served as a special education aide, Montessori teacher, preschool director, labor and postpartum doula, and of course, as our visionary guide to offering a creative and quality experience for ALL children and families. Currently, Candice also works with the Benton County DCFS supervising family time and offering parent education to struggling families. .
