One of the main missions of Teeny Tiny Preschool is to provide equity in education for children of all socioeconomic backgrounds. This is why one of our core goals is to serve as many low-income students as we can; to ensure that even those from disadvantaged home lives have the same opportunity to access quality education.

One of the ways we do this is by assisting parents and guardians with applying for Arkansas School Readiness Assistance. This state-funded program awards vouchers to pay for childcare to children who qualify. The current qualifications will be changing on October 1, 2024, so if you do not qualify at this point, you most likely will in October. Because we are a Level 2 Better Beginnings Preschool, we are one of the school programs who can receive these voucher funds.

Below are two different ways that Teeny Tiny Preschool can help you apply for your childcare vouchers. There is a self-service voucher application walthrough that gives step-by-step instructions on filling out the voucher application and submitting it to the Office of Early Childhood Education. The other option allows you to schedule an appointment to get voucher application help in person. One of our administration is happy to sit down with you and work on the application with you if that is your preferred method.
